Riverside

The 16 Riverside Rooms are located 100 yards from the Main House, linked by a lit pathway through the garden, alongside the famous River Tay.

Riverside rooms have been designed to help you escape the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Each ground floor bedroom has its own patio overlooking the River Tay. First floor rooms have a private balcony with stunning views over the river and the surrounding countryside. All provide the same level of luxury as those located in the Main House.

The Riverside category also includes two very spacious ground floor Suites.  Each with a separate lounge area and views of the surrounding countryside - Ideal if you are planning to make Ballathie your base for a week or longer.

All rooms are en-suite with luxury bathrobes and amenities, trouser press, hairdryer, freeview t.v. and wireless internet access.

There is a lift in the Riverside building which takes guests to the first floor.

Master

Located on the first floor of the main building, these more spacious rooms boast views of the garden or the river - with seating areas designed to allow you to enjoy the views.
