Apart from the staff and the location there is absolutely nothing whatsoever luxurious about this tired and dated establishment.
The breakfast was quite good but the dinner was poor. We had to send one of our desserts back as it was inedible and my sticky toffee pudding had no sauce.
The Grand in Eastbourne is luxurious. This hotel is not. This is a very poor example of a Best Western hotel. Dismal place to be frank, needs extensive refurbishment.
