Excellent food, very helpful staff, comfortable beds and welcoming atmosphere, all representing excellent value. A few minor negatives - mould spots on the bathroom window, bedroom blinds poor fit and tired, and a less than clean chair next to the wardrobe - and the latter having no handle with which to open it. These did not spoil our stay. The hotel is well-placed on a reliable bus route. It is also easy to walk into Bradford on Avon via the canal towpath. Also ample parking at the hotel.
