Gone downhill

Stayed here a few years ago food was excellent room was serviced daily and everything was in good order
The hotel as since been sold and things have gone down hill
I am vegan I put this on my special requests upon booking , I rang the hotel 3 days before arrival yes they had taken note of my request they assured me . The menu was brought to me and I said I am vegan i have given prior warning of this , nothing had been sorted for me ! The waiter said the chef can knock up a risotto for you not very professional
The outside of the building is a bit of an eyesore
There was no room service whilst we were there no clean towels / cups no beds made no milk / tea / coffee refills won t be staying here again
