On entering the car park you have to go find a place to park and what they don t tell you it is ten pounds per day to park, it is a very large hotel and only one small lift three people with luggage would be a problem watch out for service charge on any payment in the bar or restaurant we had a service charge just for being served at the bar, back to the car park ten pounds per day the hotel tries to say it is Harrogate council but the hotel is on private land not owned by the council just another money making trick but after that quite a nice stay would I go back maybe.

Anon, stayed: June 2023 Room was ok if dated with evidence of damp on the ceiling. Meals were ok but presentation was lacking. Waiting staff all looked like they didn t want to there. Bed was soft and pillows even softer. Won t be staying again.
