"Shower and Bed"
Douglas, Fife, stayed: May 2024
The Shower in the the room took 15 minutes to get only slight warm and the bed was the worse we have ever slept in.However the staff sere very helpful and the food was good
"Old time comfort"
CK, Tyne and Wear, stayed: April 2024 We have stayed here twice now whilst visiting Harrogate for the flower show. The hotel is conveniently situated near the centre of town, has ample parking (for which there is a charge). The staff are friendly and helpful. The first time we were not happy with our room and they changed it immediately and helped us move our luggage. Could not believe the deal we got this time. Amazing price for dinner, bed and breakfast. The bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a bonus. Love the old fashioned vibe, especially the French style lift. Will make this an annual trip.
"Enjoyable overnight stay for the Harrogate Flower Show"
JJ, South Yorkshire, stayed: April 2024 I ve stayed at The Old Swan hotel before, so I know that this is a lovely hotel close to everything, but away from traffic or other noise. It stands in large, well maintained gardens. Our room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed, comfy beds and very quiet overnight. If you arrive early you can park up and buy the 10 parking permit from reception, check in is at 3pm.
