Stayed at the Old Swan for a 2 night break for a 60th birthday. On request, the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was replaced by a bottle of red. Rooms were lovely. Second night we had no hot water, called reception and within 10mins we had been moved to a different room. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely.
