Had a great 3 days at this hotel but customer services were poor. Waited 45 minutes for a main meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was great but coffee arrived after our breakfast was eaten. Wanted to buy a trinket from the cabinets and was told they were to busy to serve me. They were not dealing with anyone at the time. I did not bother to buy anything.
Love Harrogate and will return next year to this hotel.
