Staff service excellent in all areas. Food very good and room comfortable. Value for money outstanding

GP, South Yorkshire, stayed: June 2024 Limited choice menu for GF & poor quality steak one evening otherwise good restaurant. Also we objected to 10% service charge on allservices unless it definately all goes to staff.

GS, Bedfordshire, stayed: June 2024 Had a great 3 days at this hotel but customer services were poor. Waited 45 minutes for a main meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was great but coffee arrived after our breakfast was eaten. Wanted to buy a trinket from the cabinets and was told they were to busy to serve me. They were not dealing with anyone at the time. I did not bother to buy anything.

Phylliss, Tyne and Wear, stayed: June 2024 Arrived for 2 nights june 5th on arrival lovely welcome not to happy with 3pm keys as dosent give you a lot of time to prepare for evening however our room 159 wasent a front room as requested it was small on back of building we asked prior to arrival for front facing room but on arrival told this was all that was available we decided not to stay however we were offered a suite instead which was superb made our break so in future I will make sure I book superior room it's a old hotel but full of old charm character my husbands favorite def will be back this year food was excellent staff very polite a lovely stay
