My wife and I spent a couple of nights at the Merchants Yard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sarah, Hertfordshire, stayed: September 2025 We had a lovely stay in a large and comfortable room which was very quiet with a huge bathroom. The food in the restaurant was amazing - the best food I have had in a hotel. It was so good we ate here every night instead of going out to other local pubs as we had planned to do . All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and efficient. We will definitely go back next year - I wish we lived nearer so we could eat there more often !
