The Four Sisters
A first for Scotland, The Four Sisters Boatel is a luxury, self-catering, canal houseboat, located in the very heart of Edinburgh City Centre and has been awarded 4 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.
She is a purpose built, permanently moored, static wide-beam houseboat, so don't worry if you haven't got your sea legs, there are no currents or tides, and sea/canal sickness is not an issue. A massive 55' by 10' 6" with 6' 4" of headroom, she can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years comfortably and comprises of 2 beautifully dressed double cabin rooms, a set of children's sized bunk beds suitable for children under 10 years old, recessed in a pocket at the stern of the boat. A double bed-settee is also available in the lounge area to accommodate a further 2 adults for larger groups. There is also a full-size galley kitchen with all the mod-cons expected in any apartment and a small modern shower room with macerator toilet, wash hand basin and small shower.
The Four Sisters Boatel has a private all weather deck area with outdoor dining area perfect to enjoy the sunset from all year round. There is also a private mooring and secure entrance gate shared only with The Four Sisters Boatels guests. You will also be provided access to the on-land boaters facilities block with showers, toilets, washing machines and tumble dryers.

The Wee Sisters Boatel
The Wee Sisters Boatel is the latest addition to our fleet and was refurbished in August 2023 and welcomed our first guests on board in September.
The interior of the boat is fully oak lined which compliments the warm tones of the green and mustard furnishings and the cool, grey, sleek modern kitchen.
Each of our boats has its own distinct personality and The Wee Sisters Boatel is no different. She comprises of a spacious open plan lounge area with wrap around modern kitchen and has all the amenities expected. Around the corner there is a spacious family shower room. There are also two double cabins designed with style and comfort in the forefront. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge to accommodate a further two guests sleeping a total of 6 adults.
The Wee Sisters has two private deck areas, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets over the Union Canal and enjoying a morning coffee.

The youngest boat and most spacious option - The ‘Camillia' – is self-catering accommodation and boasts three bedrooms sleeping up to 8 adults, in 3 private two-bed cabins and double sofa bed in the lounge area. It is docked alongside the original boat, The Four Sisters in Edinburgh city centre.
Built from scratch by the expert craftsmen at Collingwood Boat Builders, in Liverpool who make and assemble both domestic and commercial widebeam boats. The Camillia is built using the highest quality of steel and materials.
The Camillia has a large shower room with a 5ft shower tray, as well as spacious feel helped with the head space of 7’4" and an open plan design inside. There is also a modern open plan kitchen with all the mod-cons expected making this option is the perfect option for larger groups.
