Satnav indicated on other side of road and with roadworks made it difficult to find.
Stained toilets
First room given up two flights of steep stairs and shower lethal - nothing to hold on to and very slippery floor. Managed to get changed to a ground floor room - much better. Had told receptionist when booking meals over phone that my husband wasn t very mobile.
Evening meal not good- steaks tough and lukewarm. Breakfast a bit sparse.
On the positive side staff were very helpful and friendly.
