Cannot praise the staff and customer experience enough. Looking forward to staying again and taking our dogs next time as very dog friendly.

We found the hotel to be clean and the room's of a good size, the staff where efficient and friendly, the only fault we found was the location was a little remote.

Nickie H, Northumberland, stayed: July 2024 We had great stay here. The palm trees and rural location give the feel of being abroad. The staff were all so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We needed to extend our stay twice and they made it so that we could staying the same room.
