Disappointed that one dinner in the Burlington was not forthcoming even though this was promised even on telephoned pre booking. Brasserie was poor. On both evenings main courses were not to standard and prompted complaint to reception on receipt of bill. I was promised a deduction on 2nd evening by restaurant but it was not forth coming. Spa situated across a busy road which was not inviting and not indicated in promotion material.
