We paid 460 expecting to go to a luxury hotel B&B. The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival. We then went to the bar and there were not enough staff and one lad had a very poor customer service attitude, the drinks selection wasn t great and my G&T was expensive and flat. The area is tired and dirty, the tables are sticky the chairs need recovering. There is nothing luxury about this hotel, the breakfast is self service under heaters. The hot drinks are from a machine, ok for coffee but not for tea. We had a suite which again was old and tired. Very disappointed as this was a special gift .
