Ian, Hertfordshire, stayed: July 2023
Very pleasant hotel, but not as good as many other Off peak luxury hotels we have stayed at. The bedroom was well equipeed, but rather small. The breakfasts were excellent, , hot plates and croissants etc. All food very hot.

Anon, stayed: October 2023 We had a good break with perks from booking with you however we were not allocated the type of room booked which was disappointing
"John Ross"
John R, stayed: September 2023 Rooms clean and comfortable. Food at breakfast was plentiful and good as was the evening meal we had on our first night. Staff very friendly and helpful, we would like to make a special mention about Claire on reception who was extremely helpful and informative. Overall we were well satisfied with our stay.
