"Christmas break"

Nice hotel in lovely countryside. Clean and welcoming, the only criticism would be there was nothing arranged in the hotel for Christmas. Maybe could arrange a quiz or games of some sort. Lounge was quite small so if no seating available only option was to go to your room

MH, Warwickshire, stayed: May 2024 The Charlecote Pheasant is a lovey hotel but needs some TLC. It is very understaffed in every area the people on reception were having to help out with replenishing the breakfast buffet. The waiting staff were trying to serve in the restaurant and at a private party in one of the function rooms. The rooms are very tired and need updating which is a shame as it is in a beautiful location. The hard working staff are very helpful and friendly and you feel sorry for them as they are trying so hard.

Anon, stayed: May 2024 The hotel was tired in places & the restaurant & bar lacked atmosphere. Our room was clean & well serviced. Location was good as buses stopped outside for Warwick and Stratford.

GF, Cambridgeshire, stayed: June 2024 Stayed here before, but this time the room was small but adequate, dusty though in the room and generally needs better cleaning!
