We had a good break with perks from booking with you however we were not allocated the type of room booked which was disappointing

Thank you for your review.
Sorry to hear you think you did not receive the type of room booked, but a Classic room which you did book is their first room category, so you would not have been allocated anything lower in terms of grading.
We are very pleased to hear you had a good break and enjoyed the perks on the package.
Kind regards,
Off Peak Luxury
