A lovely hotel positioned in the centre of Ely opposite the Cathedral. Customer service was very good all the staff even though there were shortages made this trip enjoyable. The room was spacious but had some issues, no chest of drawers only a wardrobe The restaurant was pleasant and the gentleman running it was excellent but totally let down by the menu, for a hotel of this calibre we thought it could have been a lot better. Again staffing appeared to be the problem. There is no parking but you can drop suitcases off, there is a car park within easy walking distance.
