Magnificent and beautiful hotel. The room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the cathedral. The bath is amazing! Attention to detail was perfect from the lovely complimentary toiletries to soft fluffy towels. Cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. The staff were in the main very helpful and friendly.
It s a great sadness that although the ambience and styling of the restaurant were wonderful it was let down by the food. When observations were made about this it was identified, and agreed by management. This was reflected in our final bill, which hadn t been the purpose of making the observation but was welcome nonetheless.
We would definitely stay again.
