A small cosy country house hotel

Overall- very good. Comfortable and charming. In a pretty location close to Dartmoor National Park. Friendly and helpful staff.
However, on departure the hotel appeared unaware that the booking was through your company so consequently the welcome drink and 15% off wine was not taken account of in the final reckoning. The allowance for the meal was 1 per person to little to cover the set cost. This was payable as an extra which appears a bit penny pinching. These events led to an embarrassing conversation on departure. With a little bit more care and attention this could have been avoided.
I appreciate these are hard times for hoteliers but this incident mared what would otherwise have been a perfect experience.
