While staying at the Melville Castle Hotel was indeed amazing, the stand out experience was the dinner we had in the restaurant. My wife and I both opted for steaks and we both agreed they were without doubt the best we had ever had!

Anon, stayed: September 2025 This hotel was acceptable - the bathroom in our 4 poster room was very basic , certainly not luxury. Location not as good as we expected as we could not get an Uber into the city and had to drive to the park and ride where buses into the city only left every hour.

RT, Monaghan, stayed: March 2025 We stayed for 2 nights and slept well in a comfortable bed - and our room was clean if dated & had a view out onto the garden, which was lovely ... with 2 small horses in a field. Breakfast was also very good.
