We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our visit. We visited Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (our reason for visiting the area) which is a convenient short drive away.
The hotel is well appointed and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant food was very good indeed and the breakfasts very good too.
We looked at the pool and the Spa which looked very nice but we did not use either.
Overall a very enjoyable visit and we would definitely book again should we be in the area.
