"Food AMAZING. Food service TERRIBLE."

The hotel is lovely, really modern restaurant with gorgeous views. I am a foodie and I thought the food was outstanding. The overall lasting impression however is of the pretentious and unhelpful staff in the restaurant who do not seem to want to be there. There were a few very helpful members of staff who were doing a terrific job, bud sadly there were being organised and managed by rude and miserable heads of. Their looks and sighs were enough to put anyone off going back again. It is a shame because this hotel has everything else going for it; great spa; great pool; great area; rooms are more than adequate. It's just the restaurant managing staff who were absolutely terrible.
