Overall it was a really lovely stay, the room are a little dated but comfortable. The spa was clean and inviting. Staff so helpful throughout the stay. Food was amazing, breakfast hot and tasty. The light fixtures could all do with a dust but honestly who notices these things. Would stay here again for sure.

Anon, stayed: June 2025 Nice hotel. Restaurant, food just ok, staff very pleasant, but had a long wait between dinner and pudding. Waterton Park Hotel in same chain is much better, something to aspire to.
