Average stay, could do better

Booked a prosecco stay, no prosecco on arrival, needed to ask twice to get the bottle. Asked for extra tea bags, once again additional request was required three times. No draught beers, lagers or Guinness, only drink suitable was a bottled Welsh beer, although satisfactory the staff struggled to pour the drink which resulted in half a glass of froth.
No drawers in room, no fridge available, after flushing the toilet the refill was slow and very noisy for approximately 10 minutes.
Breakfast was very good, female staff member was very attentive and very helpful.

Overall rating was just about good due to breakfast and morning staff, otherwise disappointing and far from a luxury break. Maybe just a bad day and unfortunate with timing ref draft beer, toilet not reported at the time as it was 3am.
