Beautiful place for a break.

The hotel is traditional, the staff are extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. The restaurant s menu is good with sufficient choice and the food was well prepared and presented. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable although not air conditioned the fan provided was adequate to keep the room cool. Housekeeping were very conscientious and the room was spotless. Unfortunately the jacuzzi bath in the en-suite had been disconnected for safety reasons (?) which meant the actual bathe couldn t be used. The shower over the bath was working.
The spa was also clean and a good facility . I would certainly recommend this hotel for a short break and it is in a beautiful part with trips to local areas easy to navigate.
