Beautiful building, grounds and covers everyone s needs! Perfect for a romantic break, family stay or outdoors doggy fanatic. The staff couldn t have been more lovely. The food was wonderful and special. Our room was grand and welcomed our dog. Unfortunately the spa messed up our booking due to a new system which made for a stressful time and limited use. When you have young children booked with family and other dogs at sitters plus an hours drive home offering us use 2 hours later than planned isn t helpful. The Spa is also very small with only 4 chairs available in the waiting area with tables, two by the desk, but let s 12 guests in. So I found myself standing waiting for my other half to finish his treatment. The wet spa area was rusty and dated and for the price needs a makeover. The staff and treatment though was perfect. The best massage I ve had and very polite. I would definitely return and bring the family to use the play area and woodland walks! Probably wouldn t bother with the spa again though. This place has very cleverly ticked all boxes!
