On arriving, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful! They were immediately attentive and helped out with any queries promptly and efficiently! The restaurant manager was an absolute gem who sorted out an alternative dinner for my partner who had been poorly the night before (probably due to over indulgence on afternoon tea and scones, the 3 course dinner in the grill room and Guinness) the staff all around the hotel were extremely helpful and efficient. The place is spotless and the staff are always busy working! Nothing is too much for them and they made us feel very welcome! As soon as you ring reception from the room, your query is answered immediately and the items that we requested for the room were there straight away. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The towels were fluffy and the toiletries were a nice touch! The only thing that wasn't carried out was that my partner requested something be put in our room for my birthday and a recognition made at dinner that it was my birthday but this was not done sadly! It didn't affect our stay, it just would have been a nice little surprise! Can't wait to stay here again soon. Thankyou for making it a nice break
