Nice Hotel. Room for Improvement

Reception was disastrous. Lady not good with English. Got the name wrong. Room was ready, then it wasn't.
Went for a drink whilst waiting. Very poor service with staff dashing around but not serving.
Finally got the room. Prestige room very nice except Shower not working, basin cracked, toilet flush broken, basin towel holder falling off wall.
Sparkling wine placed in room but no wine glasses!!
Evening meal in restaurant very nice and excellent food. Breakfast also good.
Hotel needs to do a lot better attending to important details.
