Excellent staff. Very professional but welcoming. Customer focus is very obvious and staff are well trained. Restaurant service and food are both good although we did have an issue this stay with food being served cold and having to be returned but the matter was dealt with appropriately. Nice surroundings and each time we have stayed our rooms have been excellent. On this occasion though our complementary bottle of sparkling wine wasn t brought to our room, even though we rang reception to request this. We went down to the bar in the end to obtain this.
Would recommend hotel.
