Lovely hotel, super pleasant staff. The food needs to be looked at..as a set menu the additional costs attached to items were hugely excessive compared to any other comparitive hotel and whilst breakfast was abundant, the hot items were cold.
It is worth highlighting that several customers commented that the deputy manager needs retraining in customer service and having had a conversation with him, he is a very poor ambassador for the hotel. it might be worth him doing some 360 feedback from the staff and he might get an awareness of his negative impact in them too! For these reasons I would be unlikely to return.
