The hotel grounds were lovely however all the walks were shut. The rooms were opulent however this was let down by tears in the wallpaper. There was no lift for my 86 year old Dad who found the stairs challenging and dreaded having to go up and down each time. The staff however were very friendly and professional. The prices for the drinks and wine were over priced.

We do have the option to add any accessibility requirements at the time of booking and I cannot see any were mentioned regarding requiring lift access. It does clearly state on our website that the Prestige rooms are accessible via stairs only. We are pleased to hear that you found the staff very friendly and professional.
