Friendly professional staff in a relaxing and welcoming environment

We needed somewhere quiet yet well appointed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Down Hall did not disappoint. We were fortunate to be able to find a car park space, whereas guests at some functions that were taking place while we were there, were not so fortunate. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive, courteous and very effective. It was the ideal place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we very much enjoyed the occasion. Our thanks to the discreet but very effective professionalism of the hotel staff.
