On arrival check in was easy. We were asked if we needed assistance with our luggage but declined then were told "its on the first floor the lift is over there" - we set off "over there" but no lift, luckily we found a friendly workman who was very helpful and showed us the way. Might have been nice to be taken to the room. The room was nice with lovely views, there were even a few deer in the distance. The room was clean and tidy but there were dead flies in the ceiling lampshade just inside the door - its winter there are not usually flies about in winter....The restaurant was very well run by a very competent young man called Erhan. He was really on the ball and made the whole dining experience wonderful - Well Done Erhan thank you.
