I booked through Off Peak Luxury, and unfortunately had to change the date, OPL where extremely helpful and amended my booking straight away with no fuss or additional charge. The hotel was great, lovely big room with a bottle of bubbly on arrival, the hotel is set in lovely surroundings. The food was absolutely lovely, one of the best meals I have ever had and the service was super, I would highly recommend both off peak luxury and Down Hall without a doubt. It was a very relaxing & luxurious treat.
