I booked a stay for one night for myself, my girlfriend and our 3 month old baby via Offpeakluxury. It is not the first time we had stayed at this hotel. The communication with Offpeakluxury before our arrival was absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and made sure we had a cot in our room.
At the hotel, the staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. We had a cream tea upon arrival, dinner at the restaurant in the evening and breakfast the following morning, all of which was great..
Down Hall is a lovely hotel which I recommend for family s or couples.
