We stayed for one night and whilst it was just after the heatwave our room was so hot that we both felt unwell in the morning.
The window was closed when we arrived with no fan on so the heat had been building and when we did open the window we could only open the bottom one a few inches.
The rooms could do with an upgrade especially air con which i appreciate is difficult with listed properties but really needs to be incorporated.
The shower was poor quality and after a very fitful night we couldn't wait to get outside.
The spa treatments we had were excellent and the staff lovely.
