ok but noisy neighbours even in an executive room

the first time we stayed it was lovely; stayed for my birthday on 1st september, nothing nice offered by hotel, bit of a letdown. hotel full of older guests on coach trip. didnt feel special at all. food in restaurant ok but not special. they cleared the tables at dinner whilst we were eating ours! not good is it? very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As part of our guest services we leave a card and a small treat in the room for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries so we sincerely apologise if this was not received. Regarding the service in the restaurant, the process carried out by the staff is to wait until all diners have finished eating before clearing therefore we are sorry if this was not done.
