Time and again we keep going back to Downhall
It easy access for us but most importantly we feel comfortable going there. This time at check in we were greeted by Jamie a lovely young man who upgraded us to a patio room. Very luxurious. He was so helpful and always smiling. Such credit to Downhall. All the staff were friendly
The atmosphere around Christmas was good, so festive. We will always come back to Downhall as its our happy place.
