The staff at first seemed very polite and helpfull, but the package i purchased was not supplied, no bottle of bubbly in room as paid, tried to charge me for 3 course meal again already paid for. And made me leave table to go to reception to debate this. Embarrassing. The spa was booked out and no place for any spa use was avaliable. Booked massages but got cancelled when turned up. Which took all of the weekend buzz away. Wedding function was on at the same time (wasn't aware). Its was very loud at nite and kept is awake.
