We had a lovely stay, the receptionist, apologies I can t remember his name was EXCELLENT. The concierge was most helpful as was Sally in the Spa, lovely professional helpful lady.
The only letdown was the food unfortunately, our dinner was quite bland and breakfast was poor as was the service. We had a beautiful table in the breakfast room rather than conservatory.
It was very rushed, took my husbands order for juice and the waiter legged it before I could even get a breath out of mouth for ordering my own. It was only after we had been delivered a very mediocre cooked breakfast for us to realise we hadn t been offered toast. Quite disappointing experience
