Had the most wonderful stay at Danesfield House the staff were very welcoming and helpful our suite was beautifully furnished in a modern unfussy style, it was spotlessly clean and came with a stunning view. Food and service in the restaurant was very good, interesting and varied menu our pork dish was cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed the pool and steam room at the Illuminata Spa which was clean and also had wonderful views - we saw some huge birds of prey swooping over the gardens as we swam. Our walk around the grounds (which includes great views of the Thames) was made all the more magical by a herd of wild deer that galloped across the lawn in front of us! Beautiful hotel we will be back.
