A very Welcome Break

This was our third visit to Danesfield for a 2-night stay, and I expect we will go again next year. It is so good to be welcomed to the hotel and we recognised several of the staff from previous visits. Our room was in hte old stable block but well furnished with a huge bathroom with walk-in shower. Meals in the Oak dining room or the conservatory were delicious and served with care. We did not use the Spa this time but we enjoyed using the magnificent timbered hall with its minstrels gallery, and the grounds are spacious and well worth exploring.
