Dear Arthur,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback! It is so rewarding to read how much you enjoyed your stay and please be assured that I will share your comments with the rest of the team. We would be very grateful if you could take the time to share your feedback with others in a review on Trip Advisor as letting others know how much you enjoyed your stay helps us immensely. I very much hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back personally in the near future.

Kind regards,
Franklyn,
