"An excellent hotel"

This is a very welcoming hotel, the food served in the restaurant is delicious with plenty of choice including a full vegetarian menu and an extensive breakfast menu. The staff are helpful and attentive but not over fussing. The lounge provides many seating areas and is ideal to relax in after dinner with coffee.

Anne, Northumberland, stayed: December 2017 A beautiful hotel with fabulous walking routes made more wonderful in the snow. The room was perfect with a little turret corner furnished with a comfortable sofa. Bed was comfortable and a proper size.

Spent a night at Cringletie. Good experience. Helpful staff. Delicious food. Charming old style country hotel. Room pretty but a bit tired and a little dated - but perhaps just not my style. Great location to enjoy the Borders.
