Can you park at Brockencote Hall Hotel?

There is free parking available on-site at Brockencote Hall Hotel.

Electric Vehicle charging: The hotel does not have EV charging points but is happy to charge guest's electric vehicles. Guests must provide cables/adaptors. 

Is Brockencote Hall Hotel accessible for disabled guests?

There are 5 rooms suitable for guests with disabilities. There is one bedroom which has been designed to be fully DDA compliant. This one bedroom has an en-suite which provides horizontal and vertical grab rails either side of the toilet, and horizontal and vertical grab rails around the shower/bath. Additionally, there are lever taps on the washbasin and bath and wider doors to enable wheelchair access. An emergency pull cord is located in the bathroom that activates an alarm at Reception when pulled.

All of these bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and access is gained by a platform lift.

Can children stay at Brockencote Hall Hotel?

Children are welcome and stay free if sharing with parents. Cots provided on request.

Extra beds can be provided in Superior, Master, or Feature bedrooms.

Breakfast for children under 11 years old is free of charge.

The grounds

Brockencote Hall lies in 70 acres of parkland with a fishing lake. 

History of the hotel

Before its current life as a luxury hotel, Brockencote Hall,was home to the wealthy Willis family - Kidderminster carpet tycoons. It was a typical English country house with an entourage of servants, rolling lawns and parkland.

Does Brockencote Hall Hotel allow dogs?

There are 5 dog friendly rooms located on the lower ground floor of the West Wing, 2 Superior and 2 Master rooms – 1 of the Superior rooms also has disabled access.

There is a charge of £25 per dog per night.  

Dogs are allowed everywhere except the Chaddesley Restaurant and are not allowed in the Library when we are serving Afternoon Tea.  

All dogs receive a dog bed, bowl, toy and chew.
