The Verandah Restaurant is famed for its stunning views over the Tummel Valley. In the morning daylight plays on the sparkling tableware and in the evening sun sets fill the space with a warm glow. Every season adds its own dramatic twist to this spectacular landscape. 

With a growing reputation for quality now established, the chef uses the very best Perthshire produce, to create a choice of menus, full of game and fish specialities from Scotland's larder. Open throughout the day, offering wholesome lunches and traditional Afternoon Teas with a view, guests can enjoy culinary excellence in elegant surroundings.

Products are sourced preferentially from suppliers who are locally based, then regionally and nationally. Fish and seafood comes from a certified sustainable source(MSC). Where possible tea, coffee and sugar are fairtrade, organic and ethical.  

Dinner sittings are at 6pm and 8pm, please book in advance.

Breakfast:
