Due to the design of the hotel, this is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.
The hotel is built into a hill and there are steps to all bedrooms. There is no lift at the hotel. The hotel has two rooms with a step in shower.
Child Policy
Children are welcome in selected Classic rooms, these can take one Z bed. One Feature room can accommodate two children.
Children up to the age of 16 are charged at £25 per child per night to include breakfast. Please contact us if a family room is required.

72 Acres of Private Woodland. There's a wide range of trees, wildlife, history, art and activities that makes this 72 acre site a very special place indeed. Ideal for a post lunch stroll or working up an appetite for your evening meal or for enjoying your Afternoon Tea Picnic.
Dogs Policy
Well behaved dogs are very welcome in certain areas of the property. All rooms are dog friendly, apart from the Luxury rooms.
Dogs must not be left unattended. The charge is £30.00 per room, per night with a maximum of 2 dogs in a room. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant but you may dine in the lounge with your dog.
