TA, West Yorkshire, stayed: September 2023 We have stayed here before and loved it as before. It s a great location especially if you are going to an event in Harrogate. I would say the room we were allocated this time was not as nice as ones we have stayed in at this hotel before, a crack in both the sink and bath. The food is always of good quality and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again soon.
"Lovely old fashioned hotel"
Samantha, West Yorkshire, stayed: September 2023 We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Swan hotel Harrogate. It was a little bit old fashioned and rooms were a bit dated but clean and would have been nice to have had air conditioning and a fridge in room . There was a fan in the room which we had to keep on all of our stay as it was really warm in the room even though the window was open.The food in the restaurant was really nice and the breakfast was good. We booked afternoon tea and that was excellent. Overall with the location being central to walk to shops etc we really enjoyed our stay.
